Shipping Policy

At Divine Pursuits, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products (eBooks, downloadable content)

  • Items purchased on clearance

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
